Communication with the host was easy, prompt and friendly. The guesthouse was spotless and the amenities were excellent. Would stay here again without a doubt.

I stayed for just one night during a work trip, and I was honestly very impressed. The villa was spotless, modern, and really well equipped – everything felt new and clean. The check-in was super easy, which was great after a long day. Even though I only stayed one night, I could see how perfect this place would be for a longer holiday. Next time I come to Istria with my family, I’ll definitely try to book a longer stay here.

Completamente rinnovato nel 2018, il nuovo resort per famiglie Park Villas si trova nel complesso Park Resort, a solo pochi minuti dalla spiaggia più vicina, e offre il WiFi gratuito nell’intero... Comfortable villas, plenty of space for family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Lots of outdoor space with plenty of loungers/seating. Quiet pool. All staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Walking distance of shops/restaurant/porec town.

The host family is very friendly and gave us a warm feeling of being their guests. The location is superb, with beautiful views over the hills of central Istria, in the middle of nature. The house is nicely decorated, very clean and a great place to stay. The garden offers a great swimming pool, lots of space with fruit trees and an outdoor kitchen. If you like nature, silence and great views then this place is highly recommended.

The house has been freshly renovated, and we had the honor of being the very first guests. Everything is brand new, stylish, and modern, thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. At the same time, the house radiates a calming, natural atmosphere. It’s clear that this place was created with heart. The location is an absolute dream – nestled in untouched nature, with breathtaking views. No neighbors, no traffic noise – just birdsong, the rustling of trees, and wide-open landscapes. And yet, the sea is only a short drive away. It doesn’t get much better than that. A special thanks to our host Antonio, who welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. All in all: a wonderful retreat in a beautiful home. We’d love to come back!
