I really appreciated the water filter fountain – it was so convenient. The place is safe, trustworthy, and a wonderful. Highly recommend! Soundproofing could be improved; or may be just a sign in the hallways encouraging quieter conversations would help. In a tourist city, everyone has their own sleep and wake schedule.

Setenil is a tine village, so almost everything is pretty much central, the house has a very nice view of the town, it was a 4-5 min walk from the main street where you can park on the roadside. There is a self check in box, but we have met the owner and she was super nice, she gave us plenty of recommendations of restaurants and streets to visit. Her son communicated with us in English through Whatsapp, so even if you don't speak Spanish you will get by. The room is small, but super cosy. The owner prepared warm blankets, as nights in May in Setenil can be very chilly (and it really was super cold) There is a little noise from the restaurant below (El patio de Maria Teresa), but just a bit of glasses clicking or laughter, nothing wild. They close at 23 and it's actually a very nice place to eat, we loved it there.
