We had a beautiful and very well - appointed bungalow where a bowl of fresh local fruit and coconuts from the host's own trees awaited us upon our arrival. The lovely porch was surrounded by flowers. The room was comfortable and pretty and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen and a washing machine. Host was great---very nice, very helpful. The whole experience couldn't have been better.

Great, comfortable and quiet place to stay in Aitutaki. We literally had the beach for ourselves. The bungalow has everything you could ask for. We felled great from the first minute after our arrival. There are a few nice restaurants around where one can enjoy a good breakfast and dinner with an amazing view of the lagoon. The property provides bicycles, which can be used to explore the island. A very big 'Thank You' to Mere for being such a fantastic, friendly and welcoming host. We were rather sad to leave ... I guess that is a good sign. I hope we will be back sometime soon.

The owners lend guests a scooter, which helps for quick trips to town. They also provide airport transportation and can set up excursions. It really is a seamless one-stop shop!

The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Idyllic beachfront location with only 8 large detached chalets. Well equipped. Lovely breakfast provided by the pool. Very relaxed ambiance with so few guests - we were often the only people on the beach. Lagoon is shallow but OK for swimming with plentiful fish. Provision of bicycles, e-scooters and 2 electric golf carts make it easy to get around this small island.
