Location is great. Not too far from the town (€7-10 uber) and airport (€20-25 uber). Remote surroundings are ideal for those wanting some privacy. 2 little grocery shops within walking distance. The pool was great. The owner offered to adjust the temperature to suit our needs. The villa is small but well laid out. 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom are either side of the living room/kitchen. Outdoor area is stunning with fruit trees and herbs. Bbq is an expensive piece of machinery but the host provided a manual which was easy to follow and we made use of it a couple of times. Host communications are great. Very rapid and he also lives nearby and able to help out if the need should arise.

We (two families with children) were a little bit unsure about the place since it didn't have any reviews, but we took the chance anyway since the pictures looked great and the location seemed good. Now we are really glad we took the chance! What a place! And we cannot praise the hosts enough. Wonderfully warm people! They met us when we arrived, showed us around and explained details about the house. They were also always ready to answer any questions we had during our stay. The location is perfect. It is a short distance to the sea (200 metres), to beaches (700 metres) and not too far to walk to the old town either (2 kilometres). The house itself is fantastically beautiful. Completely newly renovated. Delicate colours, good beds, aircontions in all rooms, dishwasher and washing machine and two nice bathrooms. The outdoor area is great with a swimming pool, sunbeds and a dining area in the shade. We strongly recommend the place. The stay fulfilled all our expectations. We would love to come back!

The perfection of this villa is beyond my plain language to describe.... In addition to the four bedrooms, the spacious living room is connected to the baking room, and there is a jacuzzi outside. The parking space is very spacious, and it is no problem for us to park two cars. The host has a very good taste in decoration, and my wife is very satisfied with the kitchen, which has everything you need. What is particularly commendable is that in addition to a variety of seasonings, the hostess has kept squid, apple juice, and milk in the refrigerator. We also found rice, I don't know if it was prepared for us because we come from the East. We are very cheeky to try them all, with the perfect kitchen to support, the dinner that day can be called perfect. In fact, we decided to stop in Zadar on a whim, so it is beyond imagination to find such a perfect villa. Of course, under such circumstances, cannot ask oo much for a short distance to downtown. Fortunately, parking in Zadar is very convenient (there are many theoretically free), so commuting from the villa to Zadar is not a problem.

We loved that the villa was in a quiet, rural location as this gave us the opportunity to enjoy relaxing with each other. As the pool area has the sun on it for all of the day, it stayed warm and we were able to sunbathe all day as the property has nothing shadowing it. The property is very private and is not overlooked. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating, giving us access to them via Whataspp which was really convenient, however there was nothing we needed them for as everything was great. Martin was there to greet us on our arrival, going through everything with us. This is a great base and, as we hired a car, we could easily get to places for day trips or shop runs.

Villa Franov was very comfortable and conveniently located at a suitable distance from Zadar’s Old Town. The swimming pool, in particular, was extremely pleasant. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. All in all, an excellent and highly recommendable accommodation.

We never received such a warm welcome ! Eveything was ready for us and our kids, and even much more than expected! The place is very calm, we enjoyed the swimming pool. It is very closed to the old town (15 min with the car). We highly recommend !

    We absolutely loved the Villa and its location. A beautiful villa with lots of room and privacy. It was super close to the old town but at the same time enough distance to feel you have your own private luxury vacation. Villa is close to amazing beaches and grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Absolutely amazing owners and hospitality. We look forward to next year to book Villa Lungomare again!

    Everything is perfect! The owner of the villa is a warm and sincere person. Comfortable beds, great home design! Everything is for cooking, from spatulas to ice cream containers. Washing machine, dryer, oven, stove, jacuzzi. Huge space for parties. Luxury apartments!

If you’re looking for relaxing days with family or friends in Zadar, this is the right place to stay! All rooms are luxuriously furnished to provide hotel room quality & privacy, while the large living room and outdoor area allow for quality time together.

    The villa is beautiful. Spacious living and kitchen with all appliances. Good bed and bathroom. Beds were good and the whole villa felt very luxurious. We had our own pool with sun beds, barbecue and terrace were we could eat. The hosts were very kind and went out of their way to give us a welcome feeling. They had information about the surroundings, were regularly checking in to see if everything was fine and responded very quickly to any question we had. We highly recommend Villa Voyage if you want to stay in Zadar or it’s vicinity.

    Very lovely hosts Extremely clean and well appointed apartment We have used air b and b and private villas often and this is one of the best we’ve used A little further out of the city but an Uber was €4-€6 depending on the time so really no problem
