Me and my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Salvatore's hotel and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From start to finish, Salvatore made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable The hotel itself was top-notch - it felt like luxury at every turn. The hot tub was a particular highlight, and we loved being able to relax and unwind there after a long day of exploring. The two bed rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace and balcony were also lovely touches offering stunning views of the surrounding area. Fantastic breakfasts! Salvatore went above and beyond to ensure that each morning's meal was delicious, varied, and satisfying. Salvatore's attention to detail and commitment to his guests' comfort was evident in every aspect of our stay Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway with amazing breakfasts. We stayed in two of the Iatis accommodations, as the owners very kindly allowed us to move from one to the other as long as there was availability. Both have an excellent view of the caldera, but the one located lower down has a completely open view of the caldera from the terrace, as it is on the edge of the ravine and there are no buildings in front or below. The view from the jacuzzi is also impressive. In that case the accommodation is small, with a tiny kitchen space, but it is very cozy, and the terrace, the view and the jacuzzi made it our favorite. The accommodation located higher up is much more spacious (almost 10 times more, I would say), with a very well-equipped kitchen, and is partly troglodytic. In that case, the view of the caldera is less direct than in the small accommodation, and one of the internal paths of Imerovigli passes in front of the terrace, so some passers-by may pass by (rare, as it is a secondary internal path). Being such a spacious accommodation, it may be less cozy for some, but it is more practical for storing luggage and cooking. Contact with Yorgos was fluid and friendly and his advice was much appreciated. We didn't have to worry about lugging our luggage through the maze of narrow stairs and paths in Imerovigli as there is staff who take care of transporting luggage on arrival, move-in and departure.

If I could give 11 points, I would. It was the best stay of our lives. The location of the hotel is unique and they serve the best food on the island (trust us, we tried lots of restaurants), but what really made our stay so special was the hospitality of the owners. Their personalized care and recommendations are a treasure in today's fast-moving world, when tourists just come and go. Villa with 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 room for 1-2 single beds) + 3 nice bathrooms. Large living room and terrasse and pool, surrounded by olive trees. Quietly located at the upper west end of Imerovigli, many restaurants nearby. Larger supermarket 10 min drive. Parking for 2 cars, very narrow road leading to property only for small cars. Car helpful to reach larger supermarket (AB supermarket 10 min) and less touristy places. Imerovigli is "nicer" than Fira and less crowded than Oia in the evening.

Our stay at Ethos Villa was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the moment we left – every detail was thoughtfully considered, the service was impeccable, and the entire experience felt truly special. The villa’s host gave outstanding recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, and even suggested exploring the island by quad bike — I highly recommend following her advice, as these truly turned out to be some of the best spots in Santorini. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful fresh, stylish, and impeccably clean — with a private terrace featuring ultra-comfortable sun loungers and a lovely pool. Simply perfect! Each morning, we were served delicious, beautifully prepared breakfasts, and the attention to every small detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. One of the reasons we were especially happy with choosing this villa and its location is the complete privacy it offers. Unlike many places in Santorini where crowds of tourists can peer into your space, here you can fully unwind in peace. And to top it all off, the view from the villa is simply breathtaking. We truly can’t wait to return and soak in more magical sunsets from this extraordinary place. Thank you, Ethos family, for this unforgettable experience! Sofia&Rinalds.

    The view... WOW! This place is an incredible, private villa with it's own private pool which was nice and cool, perfect for the temperature of the day (it is not heated and therefore may be cold for some people). The outdoor space is generous with plenty of sunlight. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Hiring an ATV was very easy and the location is fairly in the middle of the island so therefore was easy to get around the whole island! Fira - a short drive over the hill, and Oia - 30min drive.

    E X C E P T I O N A L 10/10 Our villa was equipped with the MOST MODERN features and fixtures with luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms on TWO LEVELS!!! We were welcomed by Artemis and Angela with the warmest smiles and cool welcome drinks. Our personalized breakfasts were to die for with homemade marmalade, freshly made muffins, and 🍫 n 🍊 cake. Our private pool was used throughout our stay while we enjoyed our drinks watching the full moon in full swing. Thank you for our magical, unforgettable stay and taking care of us ♡♡
