This property is beautiful. You feel verysecluded but centro is just a few minutes away. It’s a great location from which one can explore all of Yucatán. Concierge was outstanding. Arranged several excursions for me, all of which were perfect.

The rooms are nicely decorated, they are spacious, modern and extremely clean. The bar area invites for a welcome drink and the hotel has got a beautiful small restaurant which we decided to try out and it was the best decision ever !! The food was delicious and the ambience was really special. The lighting around the pool created a beautiful setting for a peaceful dinner with a delicious glass of vino. The breakfast in the morning was equally tasty. We would definitely stay here again !!!

A spectacular property in the forests with: - gardens that are manicured just at the right level - its own cenotes (you can swim in one semi-open one, not sure about the other ones) - its own cave that you can visit with a (Spanish) guide - a mirador just like in the pictures (only open in the morning and evening, but I'm sure if you asked you could go up during the day) - a bonfire place near the tents - a spa for massages Everything is beautifully designed and so well thought through. A few notes: - When we were there in July, the place was very quiet, which added to the magic. - In my head, I had expected more jungle (could have probably known better with more research). The "jungle retreat" was less jungl-y than a number of places we had come from between Valladolid and Celestun. No howler monkeys, no big snakes, etc. (I don't think) However, we did see a grey fox (!), iguanas and lots of beautiful birds and butterflies. - Because I wanted a full jungle immersion experience, I had booked a tent - they have a lot of "windows" and I thought you would be closer to nature than in a concrete house. However, since we visited in July with 36° C and high humidity, we decided to move to a suite (with AC; the tents have fans only of course). They were absolutely gorgeous (a shower open to the sky! a whirpool! a daybed! two hammocks!) and because there weren't very loud jungle noises at night anyway, I don't think we actually missed out. - The restaurant was great. You can probably drive to Tekit (we didn't), but I'm not sure there are many decent alternative food options there, so you might be a bit limited. - We brought many bottles of water. Turns out this was unnecessary - you get water everywhere. - Communication works via WhatsApp; they were very responsive and helpful. - The staff happily drove elderly people around in buggies. - This is a place to go to for pure relaxation. - The Internet was no problem at all.

Situato nel centro storico di Mérida, l’El Palacito Secreto Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal Paseo de Montejo e dalla Cattedrale di Merida e a 1,5 km dal Centro... Innanzitutto lo staff. Super disponibile e carino in ogni situazione e per qualsiasi necessità Si vedeva che tutto veniva fatto con sincera gentilezza e senza alcuno sforzo. La colazione è ottima sia per qualità, servizio che offerta. Il palazzo che dall'esterno è ben camuffato all'interno è davvero bello, piacevole e rilassante in ogni momento della giornata. Per un tuffo in piscina o per un aperitivo prima di cena. La camera in cui abbiano soggiornato non era enorme ma bella e pulita con un bagno ben ristrutturato in stile con tutto il palazzo. Insomma abbiamo trascorso davvero 3 giorni piacevolissimi Grazie a tutto lo staff Filippo

This 18th century hacienda has been converted into a small luxury hotel with outdoor swimming pool and spa. It is just 2 minutes’ drive from Mexican Federal Highway 281. Spacious, super clean and luxurious. Private little pool is very useful. Staff is super friendly and reactive. Amazing place for the price.
