Roy was fabulous! I flew for a night to Beirut to attend a funeral. This is my first time back since my last visit for a conference two years ago. Roy and the team were absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, everyone was so friendly, and above all, the professionalism was at its finest. I had already requested a connecting room, but since we arrived late, they were all taken. Because we were only staying for 24 hours, the team generously upgraded us to a suite; it was magical! Truly the best 24 hours. My favourite people, my favourite hotel; nothing beats it. Thank you, Roy and the entire team. Hope to see you all again very soon!

A special mention to Ali Abdulla, who is by far the best manager! His dedication to guest satisfaction, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut and will definitely return!

And best part is that the balcony door can be fully opened so you can have fresh air and of couse use the balcony.
