I was setting off on a hike alone and they provided a staff to accompany me. Of course I gave him something, but they were clearly interested in my well being. The food is very good from the restaurant. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was good. The housecleaning did a great job every day. The pool and hot tub looked to be well maintained
