The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and very clean, with everything we needed. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Highly recommend!

Located in the commercial district of Shmeisani, Hilton Amman is contemporary designed hotel within a walking distance from shopping centers. My experience was excellent in this hotel. The staff was great especially Muneer in the reception. I got upgraded in the room with an additional free breakfast. Rami the restaurant manager was attentive and professional as well as his staff. Each and every staff made sure to greet all guest with a smile and show them a personalized good experience. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The in room dining was excellent as well. the whole atmosphere was welcoming and luxurious and I am definitely coming back.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommend! I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The reviews I had read prior to booking were spot on—this place is truly fantastic. Our room was spacious, beautifully lit, and impeccably designed with attention to every detail. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The room was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into providing even the smallest of comforts. Nothing was overlooked. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive. There were always plenty of staff members available, and for every question or request, there was someone ready to assist. The service was truly exceptional, and considering all of this, the price was an absolute bargain! We enjoyed free access to the Jacuzzi and pool, both of which were well-maintained and provided a great experience. The facilities, including changing rooms and showers, were clean and fully stocked with towels. The sauna and Turkish hammam were available at a reasonable price. The food was excellent, and the on-site café was a delightful surprise. It was a serene and quiet spot, beautifully furnished, and offering great prices. All in all, we had an amazing stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We were beyond satisfied and can’t wait to come back!

Located on the highest hill of Amman, Four Seasons Hotel Amman boasts luxurious accommodation with panoramic views of the city. It offers indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, a spa, and a squash court. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Roa'a at reception went out of her way to recommend and book restaurants for us. The rooms are renovated, pool is kept cool in the summer and the breakfast was generous.
