The staff are AMAZING so friendly and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air, they truly can’t do enough and you never feel uncomfortable with them.

Location was superb as it was away from the noisy side of Lake Como. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you’re driving and have means of transport.
