Situato a Torres del Paine, l'Hotel Río Serrano + Spa offre il trattamento di bed and breakfast e pensione completa, un ristorante e un giardino affacciato sulla Cordigliera del Paine. La struttura è nuovissima e immersa nel parco nazionale. Le camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort e molto spaziose. I servizi offerti (dal ristorante alla spa, al centro escursioni) sono tutti di ottima qualità. Siamo davvero stati bene.

The owner is very helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious. The cafe is open in the afternoons too so it’s a great little place to have a drink and piece of cake after you’ve been out adventuring all day.

Situato nel maestoso scenario del fiordo Última Esperanza della Patagonia e la catena montuosa delle Ande, il Singular Patagonia Hotel offre sistemazioni di lusso a Puerto Bories, 10 minuti di auto da... Everything! Personalized service was unbelievable but at the same time there was the ability to be invisible if one preferred. Every meal including afternoon tea was beyond description along with the meal service.

Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.
