Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional and went above and beyond to make our experience great. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.The bed was so comfortable :) Will definitely stay here next time we visit St. John's! Thank you!!!

Situato nel centro di St. John's e adiacente a Fort William, questo hotel offre una piscina coperta, la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e un parcheggio in loco (a pagamento). Everything was wonderful - we have literally no complaints. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were so much fun, and the unlimited towels were wonderful when our kids visited for a swim. The restaurant was delicious, the coffee hot, and the view of the huge tropical trees in the courtyard is such a wonderful addition. The beds were so comfortable, and you could hear no sounds from the other guest room. We left feeling relaxed and excited to come back again on our next staycation. Highly recommend 👌 Staff were bright and friendly and went out of the way to provide whatever we asked for. They also upgraded us to a Harbor View and we really appreciated being able to watch the boats come and go
