What a little gem! This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Big, clean rooms with robes, tea, coffee, water. Set in a great location about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Sapa, which is perfect for a quiet night's sleep. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Breakfast was excellent and you could order as much hot food as you wanted with lots of variety. The staff are what really made our stay - David was amazing! He was so helpful, kind and chatty. Couldn't recommend this place more.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The view was simply breathtaking. The wooden rooms were not only beautifully furnished and cozy. The staff truly went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. We loved this hotel. The level of service was excellent. Staff was super friendly and caring and they helped us with everything we needed, e.g. arranging a transport back to Hanoi and renting a scooter. They took very good care of us from the first minute we met and until the last minute we left. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms, stunning views. Service was impeccable, from the welcome tea to the buffet, it was completely perfect. Staff so helpful and they would assist to your needs immediately. Rooms were comfortable, very clean and had all the amenities you would need in a hotel. Toiletries, towels, room service etc. Huge buffet with a lot of choice from western to eastern kitchen, lovely. Nothing much else to add. Thank you for making our stay at your hotel perfect.

The heated pool was super nice. All the staff was very helpful and nice. I got the room on a deal so it was not even very expensive. Julie was very helpful as was the rest of the staff.
