My gallery boutique is a really nice hotel. It’s in a very quiet location, but close enough to the city to walk to, albeit I am sure some people might think it a bit too far from the center. The rooms are clean and rather spacious. The furniture looks new and slick. The bathroom shower has a decent water pressure and copious amounts of hot water. Especially noteworthy is the view that is stunning. In terms of rooms, nothing can go wrong here. The Staff is extremely friendly and courteous and a decent amount of them speak good/great English. They try to do everything to make the guests welcome and help them out. John is a good English speaker and always had a friendly word and smile. In terms of bookings and services the hotel (chain) is really fair in its pricing, compared to other places I have been to. That being said, they still take a cut. However, having tried making my own bookings, I would say the amenity of not having to worry over things is worth booking the services over the hotel (chain). The morning Buffet is good. The cooked food is tasty and the fresh fruit are nice and otherwise not easy to find in sapa. That being said, for it to be worthwhile you really need to be used to eating in the morning. All in all this hotel is for people planning to stay a couple of days in sapa and just enjoy a nice view, or/and not wanting to worry about getting into the nitty gritty of finding their own tours etc.

This hotel was very comfortable. The staff was incredible. I especially have to say that Ruby and Autumn were amazing and so extremely helpful at every step. We decided to extend our stay in SaPa because we enjoyed it so much. The Spa services were great, and the breakfast at the hotel is delicious. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to SaPa.

Amazing stay! This is one of the most beautiful and instagramable city-hotels I had ever been. The staff is very friendly! Very cool and well designed pool area. And also perfect starting-point for a Fansipan-visit, because the trainstation to Fansipan is in the same building.

We loved staying at Sapa Relax hotel. It is very well located, in the center with a great view on the rice fields. Having a drink on the rooftop was indeed enjoyable. The staff was extremely helpful with our visits of the villages around and they kept our luggage while we went touring for a few days by motorbike.

Very friendly staff, especially the middle aged staff member wearing a sweater also occupying the cooking place as well as welcoming guests. He and the other staff members made us feel genuinely welcome in the beautiful Vietnamese welcoming way. There was a delicious breakfast with each day something new to try out. Room was clean, large, good AC etc

We liked our stay in this so lovely and colorful hotel😻 . It is super clean, super hospitable and comfortable, beds are very comfy with high level textile and clean. Room is big and has nice balcony with lovely view on mountain. Location is very good and 2 min from restaurants and city centre (which is noisy) but our place was quiet. Breakfast was fool, European style with local fruits and even pancakes. I also liked very nice decorations in the room and lobby, so welcoming and enjoying atmosphere 😻👌🏻 Miss Trang was incredible host and tour provider who helped to book tickets online and arrange transport. Look how beautiful it is from the photos.

Staff was very friendly. We had some confusion with booking (compleatly our fault) but they made their best to help us. Specially Mayu who welcomed us ar the reception- she helped us with anything we asked for! Rooms were clean, spacious. View was amazing.
