Beautiful hotel with nice facilities and rooms. Very good location in walking distance to the beautiful old city area of Hoi An.

The staff in this resort will go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay. Tidi was amazing during our stay and so easy to contact for any issues! The pools and rooms are really clean and the beds are comfortable. The spa treatments are amazing also!

The hotel was clean and had good facilities. staff were helpful and bed was comfy! 15/20 min walk to the town. we only realised on the last day you can walk along the river away from the traffic. this was a great option when using the free bikes.

A fantastic hotel with a great location, just 5 minutes from the historic center. All the hotel facilities and the staff were exceptional. They offer a delicious and varied buffet breakfast that is the perfect start of the day. They also helped us to arrange transportation to Danang airport in our last day to Hoi An. A perfect option for those who enjoy the comfort of a good hotel.

Everything was perfect, even better then expected! Such a beautiful hotel, actually this hotel had the most tasteful decoration we have seen during our 2 weeks holiday in Asia. The lobby, the restaurant, the pool area and of course also our room had an amazing stylish look. I was really impressed! We were welcomed by the staff, gorgeous people, I had a feeling it should be a family owned hotel. Our room was huge, beautiful, spotlesss clean had a balcony with flowers on it. It was quiet, the bed very comfy, we had a great sleep! There were provided 2 bottles of water, welcome tray and a minibar with reasonable prices. In the bathroom you will find all kind of toiletteries, everything you could need during your stay, even toothbrush, razor or small hair comb...etc WIFI worked 100% all time. You can have your breakfast in the restaurant or outside in the terrace just next to the beautiful flowering bougainvillea plants. All kind of hot meals, fruits and you can also order your fresh made omlett or fried eggs as you wish. The swimming pool is a little oasis, not so big but perfect for a refreshing swim or just to have a rest . Towels are provided. All around fresh green plants, trees, flowers, so pleasant. And there are enough sunbeds for the guests. It is not a huge hotel so it can not be overcrowded! You could order your cocktail or coffee (try the eggs coffee!) and the personal will bring it to you to have it at the poolside. Hoi An can get so crowded and this place is a gem to have a rest after visiting the city. Location is less then 10 minutes walk from the old center. I highly recommend to book this hotel, you can not go wrong, it is more then perfect! I was really sad that we spent only one night in this hotel, it has so much to offer even for a longer stay!

We liked everything. Location, cleanliness, structure, comfort, etc. But what we liked the most was the service provided by Sue, she was extremely helpful and undoubtedly made our moments in Hoi An even better. Sue's service is our highlight for hosting.

We loved the luxury of the property- it is thoughtfully designed:spacious rooms with a wonderful bathroom and lovely private outdoor shower. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen but and everything was crisp and clean. There location is perfectly placed right on the river. We ate on the restaurant patio as water buffalo crossed behind us. The pool is gorgeous and offers an infinity view to the river. The breakfast offered amazing choices each morning. There staff are lovely and absolutely committed to ensuring you have a wonderful stay with them. We were there over Christmas and appreciated the extra treats and Christmas cheer offered. huge thanks to Nee and all others in the team.
