KazakhstaniHome Hoi An has an excellent customer service. The staff were very accommodating, polite and can easy to talk to because they speak and understand English. The location is also great as it is close to most visited attractions. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. My stay was amazing. Also, the food for breakfast is superb and delicious!

All the hotel facilities and the staff were exceptional.
They offer a delicious and varied buffet breakfast that is the perfect start of the day.
They also helped us to arrange transportation to Danang airport in our last day to Hoi An.

The location is close to the Old Town. Mrs Lan at the spa was outstanding. I had a little fever during one of my massage, she looked after me and she was very caring. I kept on going back.
