Great hotel. Loved the staff. So welcoming and kind. Can definitely recommend. The breakfast was really good. They made eggs, pancakes ecc. They made our stay super nice. Only thing to point out was the cleaning, eg our cups weren’t change the next day.

It was a quaint little boutique hôtel tucked in the busy street of Haon Kiem. Everything around the property was at walking distance and super convenient. The hôtel staff were extremely kind and helpful - providing us with a smooth early check-in. Henry at the front desk helped us with some recommandations for places to try and check out. All in all though we stayed for just one night - they even helped us arrange transport for our cruise and the opportunity to keep our bags while we waited to board our next flight. Manager Dinh Lee was extremely kind and helpful and was always available for any help or information

Breakfast was ok not excellent. Location is great. Personnel was corteous and very nice. They took care ofnour luggages while we were away on a tour before checking in, and before being back to the hotel after Halong Bay cruise.
