Excellent service from the staff. We arrived very early, at 5AM, and the staff was gracessus enough to open the door for us. Fortunately, our room was we had an early check-in. Stayed from January 09th till the 11th in the Tulipe apartment.

Very clean and the staff was amazing! Helpful and friendly, they booked a ticket for us and provided us some medicine while we were sick. Thank you so much! The location is very nice and quit, a bit out of city center but totally fine when you have a scooter.

Fantastic heated pool and also kids ball pit area with great (long!) opening hours. A fantastic choice for a family. Only a short walk up the hill from the lake area. Lots of nice coffee spots and an atm near by. Fab views from the room.
