United KingdomWe loved everything about the hotel! It was about a one hour trip from Mudanya ferry station to the hotel via taxi. Had no issues to get to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how friendly and accommodating staff are. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel room itself was so clean and comfortable in a stunning and peaceful location. Careful thought was given to the design keeping in mind sustainability. We had the choice to choose our own type of pillow as well!
There is only one restaurant nearby so it is more convenient to dine in. The restaurant was a little pricy but most food was local produce and it was well cooked. We found it was cheaper to order in room service. Minibar was free!
We had a tour of the spa facilities which looked clean.
Big shout out to Gorken who helped us arrange all transportation around Uludag and to Bursa. The hotel have partnership with the taxis so a charge of 900 liras to and from Bursa we found was reasonable.
Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!

Fastest check-in I ever experienced… Had a fabulous stay. Rooms are neat, clean,comfortable and service at this hotel is great. We enjoyed the breakfast. Many delicious traditional turkish options. Great bagels and simit. Service also very good in the breakfast area. Wish we stayed longer, as 2 nights are not enough to experience Bursa at it’s best. We enjoyed the thermal spa and sauna area. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable big bed. The breakfast is outstanding with a huge selection of fresh food. The restaurant in the top floor is also very nice. All meals can be ordered online to the room as well. We did this on a Saturday night and the food came within 15 minutes. The spa is very clean and offers everything from all type of massages to different pools, saunas and other treatments.
