Everything was good! All the staff was excellent, they arranged all that we needed, tours, guides, massages, drivers, etc. Location is perfect, pool is beautiful, nice massage service and cheap prices, special mention for our tuk tuk driver, a very kind person who makes our travel easier, Mr Sokha is the best!

Wonderful visit to Siem Reap. So glad we added this visit and chose this hotel. Rooms and bathroom beautiful, calming and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Staff is incredible, very friendly, cheerful and eager to assist. So accommodating. Great location. Felt safe walking. Balcony was nice but too hot to enjoy. Booked 5am tour to see sunrise at Angkor Wat and delicious custom breakfast box was in lobby waiting. Beautiful pool and restaurant. Hope to return again for longer stay. Great value

We really enjoyed staying at the Elephant Hotel for 4 days, the staff is amazing and super helpful. The room was great, super clean, close to the center town but super quiet area at the same time. Special thanks to Butterfly and Bolen for their kindness!

Wow! What an incredible experience we had from the first moment we arrived! All the staff was outstanding and you could see the dedication of every single person of the team, but I have to mention that Anna - our appointed concierge - was the best we have ever had, she was so kind and helpful, she always booked for us the best tables everywhere we wanted even if we announced her last-minute, she helped us have an outstanding experience and feel like royalties. We loved the serene and paradisiac feeling of the boutique hotel, the lush garden where the hotel is located, we loved the complimentary tuk-tuk service that was taking us in the evening to the restaurants and then back at the hotel whenever we wanted. The herbal press massage was an amazing experience, we loved the fact that we could go in the swimming pool directly from our balcony and the food at the restaurant was very good! We also appreciate the kind service provided by Mona at the restaurant. We also appreciated the DELICIOUS complimentary lunch with traditional khmer food we received before the car picked us up to go to the airport, the customer service provided by this hotel is first-class! Can't wait to be back to this hotel one day and we are so happy we discovered what an amazing country Cambodia is, it exceeded all our expectations.
