The hotel is great. We were greeted by a very friendly staff and offered a complimentary welcome drink, while they were checking if the room is ready. There is a nice garden and a small pool. The private beach is right next to the hotel. It was off season so the sunbeams were free. Room was well equipped, had a nice bathroom and tea making equipment. We had a view on the pool. Breakfast was very good. with variety of sweet and sour things. Everyone was super nice and we felt extremely welcomed. The receptionist even went out of the counter to meet our small dog.

Lorenzo is a terrific host. He is available at any time for questions and tips for your stay. Everything is well organized from the transver and site plan to the date of garbage collection. The house is a real highlight. Cleaned to perfection, it is in the best location with a 360 degree panoramic view of the sea, city and mountains. The layout of the rooms is perfect and the beds are very comfortable. The garden, the terrace and the second terrace are lovingly landscaped around the entire house and are very well maintained. We also thought the outdoor showers were great after returning from the beach. Thank you Lorenzo. We fell in love with the place years ago and would love to come back again ♥️ We have finally visited the capital. It's only 1 hour away and we have to say 1 day isn't enough. We would add 3 nights in Cagliari next time 😉
