Great customer service, very helpfull reception - we got a lift from the train station and back to the hotel as there was no taxis(all sometimes very busy). Hotel has a nice restaurant with polite and kind staff. The most we liked the jacuzzi after a long day out - very relaxing!

Everything was perfect, the hotel was beautiful and in a great location (5 mins walk from the center so it was near but not too loud). The room was gorgeous and breakfast was delicious. We particularly loved the spa where we enjoyed the sauna, steam room and salt room, as well as the outdoor heated jacuzzi. It is expensive but worth it!
