For 3-star hotel breakfast was really good. Location as well, quite close to the beach and city center. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and having a terrace was extra thing if you stay longer than few days. Air conditioning system worked very well.

Overall, everything was good. The layout is a bit confusing, especially on the second floor — one of the rooms is separated from the bathroom by a curtain, so we couldn’t fully use the bathroom since it felt like we were actually in someone else’s room. The kitchen has everything, but the stove doesn’t work (it’s not plugged in, and there’s no outlet nearby). It feels like the place was converted from an office and wasn’t fully finished. But everything looks new. The soundproofing is very poor, especially between neighboring apartments — on the second floor you can hear every word the neighbors say. The building isn’t visible from the road, and I wouldn’t have guessed there are living spaces inside. But it’s easy to find on the map. Breakfast is simple, but there’s something to eat, plus tea and coffee, so you can’t complain.

We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating, going out of their way to meet our requests. They truly deserve a full 10/10 for their service. However, for the price we paid, the room itself was disappointing. Overall, while the host's hospitality was excellent, the house itself was too expensive for the level of comfort and amenities offered.

We loved our stay! Great facility’s in an amazing surrounding. We were travelling wit our 1 and 3 year old and the staff was so friendly for them! They even provided us with early dinner so the kids could go to bed in time. We will definitely recommend and go back!

The pool and gardens are stunning and reflective of the love and care Stefano and his team put into it.
