The properties location is central , the building is historical with high ceilings yet with modern decor that blends well with it. The staff are great especially the front desk team. They gave us a complimentary upgrade because it was our 10 years anniversary and they were very helpful in the late checkout . Special thanks to Flavio and kawtar for their welcoming attitude. The hotel made our trip to Milan an elevated experience.

Special thanks to Savo Vulevic who helped me with many issues during my stay , always helpful and doing everything so easy and with the smile, but still very professional! Excellent stuff and service. Super beautiful hotel with history. Even the smell of the hotel is fantastic. Fresh flowers everywhere. Loved the breakfast and the cafe in the lobby. Good location. Service to bring you to the city is included in the price.
