Staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was super clean up to the highest standard one could wish for! Would recommend to anyone who would like to stay in Cinque Terre area! The swimming pool and spa is great way to relax after morning walk!

From the moment we arrived we wanted to extend our stay. We had a lovely time at the property which was perfect for our family. The kids loved playing in the pools. The setting is beautiful surrounded by mountains and landscaped gardens. All the staff were friendly and the accommodation includes everything you could possibly need. There is a free shuttle bus to Lavento so you go out exploring. You should definitely book this place!

I booked this stay for my husband's birthday surprise gift. He was literally speechless when we arrived. Everything was so perfect - from the beautiful location with stunning views to the excellent service and delicious meals at the restaurant. We were met at the train after a long trip from Australia, Breakfast was all we could ask for. Veronica was a great host - restaurant bookings. Sunset boat cruises, transfers to the train etc etc. Nothin was too much trouble. A relaxing spa, steam room ,sauna. - more than we expected and made our stay.

We loved our two day stay at Filo di Paglia. The whole place is so charming, beautifully decorated, the location peaceful and the family welcoming. The accommodation had an understated charm, rustic and comfortable. We ate here both evenings giving us the chance to sample all the delicious food on offer and had some amazing wine to accompany. Day trips were easy but you need your own vehicle Despite it being a busy time over Easter Simone always found the time to chat to us and we felt like family. Thank you.
