In a hotel of this class, the difference in facilities is no longer significant. There is a natural limit somewhere beyond which further upgrades no longer make sense. staff are excellent and rooms etc are clean and well maintained If you do not wish to eat at the hotel, there is an amazing restaurant and bar next door named Akari. A little bit hard to spot from the street, but just walk down the laneway on the left of the hotel as you walk out, and you will find it.

Very clean. At the heart of the city. Main bus stand, railway station and metro (all at the same place) is just 200 meters away. All the taxis, tuks and ubers parked at the railway station park so getting transportation is very fast. The intercity buses are also next to the railway station with enough booking shops nearby. Joseph at the front office is very helpful. Loyal and promoting the hotel and the facilities. Rajashree at the front office is also very professional and helpful. Although the hotel is not brand new, its maintained to the level that it looks brand new inside. Rooms are spotless, large and elegant.
