I had an outstanding experience during my stay! From the moment I checked in, Mainak was warm, helpful and most importantly humble and Chill . Haven’t meet someone like this . He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even upgraded me to one of the highest room categories — a gesture I truly appreciated. The room (6055) was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable, with all the amenities also with the view of Lake will be there in my mind. Thanks to him, my stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. He is a real asset to the hotel, and I hope his dedication gets recognized. All was fine except a problem of food: no continental food. But the staff put all their strength together to make us happy. From break fast to supper we were served non spicy food and the service was excellent. Location was very good too. Ch. PURENDER and Ganesh GANGONI form a super team. All the serving team is very good. Thanks n congratulations to the front and duty managers who do everything to make guests happy. Human ressource is really at high level.

My excellent experience in ITC Kohenur, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad, When I arrived at the ITC Hotel around 10:00 am, I had no more luggage because the Lufthansa Airline failed to deliver my luggage due to their poor service. Ms. Baby immediately informed me that I could check in early, after getting up I ordered a hotel car with the excellent driver “Mr. Daveed". With his help I was able to buy all my clothes and linen as I have important meetings the next days. That was a great relief for me. The front desk was very active in collaborating with the airline and shipping companies to deliver my luggage. It was a very difficult operation but as a team we managed to deliver it late afternoon on the 18 August ( the day before departure) otherwise I would not have received my bags until to-day. I find the staff everywhere very friendly, helpful, attentive and very polite. I filled up very well. My executive room was excellent and the food was very varied and tasted great. With all this help in the hotel, I solved all the problems and fully achieved the goal of my trip.
