Beautiful setting, lovely rooms. Staff incredible helpful. Special mention of Ricky and Shang who managed to magically get hold of a rare book for me minutes before closing time and having it passed through several people so it was delivered at 11 o’clock pm - I was leaving Kolkata the following morning. I shall always cherish that book.

    arriving early in the morning, it was extra ordinary for them to direct me to use their SPA and GYM. SPA had very relaxing atmosphere including sauna, steam bath. All the ground staff were excellent and proactive in handling luggage, providing wifi even after check out etc. Buffet spread was great for both Brunch and Dinner. I would love to stay again next time.

    I had the most amazing time at the Oberoi Grand Kolkata. This was my first stay at a luxury hotel ever and I was amazed by the wonderful service and facilities. I would like to point out the exceptional service of Patricia and Oishika (tall girl) at the restaurant, Jenny at the spa and Otokali from housekeeping. They and the rest of the staff made my stay so memorable. I really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was world class. Will definitely come again when in Kolkata.

    The location in the centre of Kolkata is superb. Despite being the busy centre, the Hotel offers a calm and relaxing space to get away from it all. Great breakfast buffet.

    very spacious and well organised room. buffet breakfast was awesome and every staff was well trained and very friendly. I met the chef Abdul Quddus and he was very accommodating with all our needs. i had a spa done, and it was probably the best massage ever (Mamta, I think is her name)
