During our recent trip to Bandung, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at The Papandayan for two nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The food was absolutely fantastic! The dining options were diverse, and each meal was a culinary delight. Whether it was the local delicacies or international dishes, the flavors were rich, and the presentation was impeccable. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight, offering a wide range of options that catered to every palate. As for the amenities, they were nothing short of luxurious. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern comforts one could ask for. The pool area was pristine and inviting, offering a perfect spot for relaxation amidst the tranquil surroundings. The Papandayan exceeded all our expectations, and we left with wonderful memories of our stay. Without a doubt, we will be returning to this gem of a hotel on our next visit to Bandung. We (a school group from the USA) just stayed at the Pullman Bandung for three weeks. Everyone absolutely loved it and we can't recommend it highly enough! The rooms are lavish, and the Pullman's facilities are equally excellent—the spa, gym, pool, and amazing services to have on-hand in the middle of Bandung.The hotel's service was exceptional, and staff could be counted on at all hours of the day or night. The breakfast buffet is particularly good, with a ton of dishes to choose from or made custom in front of you. Moreover, the Sadrasa kitchen accommodated our many requests for specific (often complex) dishes—all of which were made to perfection. Geographically, the Pullman is ideally located in the middle of Bandung, so everything is a short drive away. All in all, we had an amazing stay and are sure you will too! We definitely will be back to the Hotel Pullman when we return to Bandung.
