Everything was awesome! Staff was extremely friendly, and helped with every single request I had. They have their own taxi driver, so for approx 15€ for one way, they drives us to lift to the hike path 7 rila lakes, and then took us back. They even drove us back to Sofia. Spa area was amazing, there were no a lot of people, so it felt almost empty. There were several jacuzzi with mineral water, swimming pool for adult and for children. Highly recommend. Breakfast was very good, they even served champagne for breakfast.

The family who runs the business is super nice. Meals were of good quality. Sauna and turkish bath, albeit small, are very nice and for free. Value for money is very good. I would totally recommend it and if I ever travel again to Bulgaria, I will stay again in the same place

The hotel was very affordable and it has good location if you want to go up to the rila skilift early in the morning. The staff is nice and patient, and the hotel is really quiet at night. I had a great sleep there

it’s lovely place! we like very much the concept of villas, the nature is beautiful, mineral water in the pools, nice spa; parking is big enough and free! we really appreciate the service provided by hotel for transport from villas to the main building where spa is located. the staff (except those on breakfast) is very professional and done their job super! excellent value for money
