Very nice and clean hotel, friendly staff, good location for skiing with a ski bus across the corner and skiing equipment storage. Good choise of breakfast.

This was our favorite property throughout our entire stay in Italy and Switzerland. The warmth of the owners, the attention to detail in the property, the beauty of the location, the easy access to outdoor activities, groceries, historical landmarks, transportation, and just an overall great vibe.

The inn proprietor was so nice. Had breakfast for us early and was just a wonderful person. I can’t say enough good things. If you are in Ossana this is the place to stay.

My family and I had a perfect stay at Residence&Wellness 3Mila. The room was just perfect for us, very clean, it also had a kitchenette, the breakfast was healthy, varied and delicious. The location is perfect for skiers, just around the corner from the gondola, in the heart of Peio Fonti. The staff and the owners are a very warm hearted family, always ready to help if needed.

We loved everything about this place. It's very well located, it's only a short walk from the bus stop and right next to a grocery store and a bakery. The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and cleaned everyday. The best thing about our stay were homemade, fresh breakfasts. The cakes were amazing! Our hostess was even so kind that apres-ski we were met with gifts in our room such us champagne or homemade cookies and pizza. Our stay in this place could not be any better! We recommend it a lot :)

The Madonna delle Nevi family & extended family (staff) are just so nice & friendly it was just like being part of their family. The facilities are great & the spa is fabulous! The food is exceptional & well presented. The location to the ski lift & ski hire shop is super close & lovely after a long day skiing!
