We were close to everything, all within walking distance of the property. Lili (our main contact) was very helpful before our stay by updating us on the room we booked. Then, 2 nights after we had arrived she gave us a complimentary upgrade to a larger room with a larger bed as my wife had wanted a larger bed. We stayed for 8 nights in total. First, we were in rm 12 (2 nights), then we were upgraded to room 10 (6 nights). This is a small boutique hotel with self catering facilities. Modern renovated studio apartments & rooms in a charming Tbilisi typical old town building. We loved the extra touch with the filtered water available in the common area. Thanks Lili and staff at Paskunji Residence for a great stay.

Very comfortable and calm place of stay, 2 line from Chavchavadze avenue, so there is no car noise.The building is new, well maintained, the flat is comfortable and clean, comfortable bed and sofa so i could have rested and slept very well. Maia is really helpful and easy to communicate, I could have checked in a bit earlier and i'm really grateful for this opportunity and kindness to Maia, Mziuri park is two step from the building, probably there is even direct entrance from the condo's territory

He was kind enough to check us in earlier without adding extra costs! The apartment is located in the city centre, walking distance to all the main attractions. It’s also equipped with everything you might need, it feels like a second home. The only thing we didn’t like was that we didn’t stay longer!!! Great stay, recommended!!!

There is no flow of tourists, you need to walk to the sights, but no more than 20-30 minutes. Most of attractions are no more than a kilometer away, the embankment and big shopping centre are also nearby. Great view from the terrace. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building, in the courtyard we were able to park a car for free. There was bottled water in the room, for which special thanks. And all things for living was there. In terms of price and quality, I think it is one of the best offers. We recommend. Among the features: the check-in is contact, through a polite relative of the hostess, we were met and escorted. The apartment is on the third floor with a small staircase leading to it.

Situato al centro di Tbilisi, Chrono Room presenta alloggio con vista sulla città, un giardino, una sala comune e una terrazza. A great little apartment with everything you could want for a short stay. It’s very central and easy walking distance to all the main sites. The hostess was kind and prompt with all messages. I made the mistake of leaving my phone charger when I left. After contacting her, she said she had found it and kept it for me for 10 days when I returned to Tbilisi. I totally recommend staying here.

It even has a large kitchen. The design is a bit unusual, but nice. Wi-fi is fast. You have enough plugs in the room which is also important. Very welcoming owners.
