We arriving Tblisi International Airport early morning before 6:00am, this properties arranged pick-up services with fee to us , when we walked out from the Customer, we immediately received by the guy who come to pick us up, we felt safety and relax when we met him. The balcony of our room having excellent view to Tbilisi downtown with view for sunrise.

Very comfortable and calm place of stay, 2 line from Chavchavadze avenue, so there is no car noise.The building is new, well maintained, the flat is comfortable and clean, comfortable bed and sofa so i could have rested and slept very well. Maia is really helpful and easy to communicate, I could have checked in a bit earlier and i'm really grateful for this opportunity and kindness to Maia, Mziuri park is two step from the building, probably there is even direct entrance from the condo's territory

This house is very clean and spacious, I travel for work a lot in Georgia and this is always my choice of place. The hosts are very polite and helpful, they are always willing to provide anything you might ask for. Communication is very easy, they are always available and attentive. The location of the house is the best you can find. I recommend it to everyone.

Loved the location and the host was really friendly. He took us to best coffee shop, where we went all our mornings for really good coffee. There were free toothbrushes and shower gel, whitch is pretty amazing. Beds were comfortable! There is a local fruit Market literally next to our apartement and really friendly sellers. We had such a good experience, thank You!

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building, in the courtyard we were able to park a car for free. There was bottled water in the room, for which special thanks. And all things for living was there. In terms of price and quality, I think it is one of the best offers. We recommend. Among the features: the check-in is contact, through a polite relative of the hostess, we were met and escorted. The apartment is on the third floor with a small staircase leading to it.

A great little apartment with everything you could want for a short stay. It’s very central and easy walking distance to all the main sites. The hostess was kind and prompt with all messages. I made the mistake of leaving my phone charger when I left. After contacting her, she said she had found it and kept it for me for 10 days when I returned to Tbilisi. I totally recommend staying here.
