The host is very kind and always available either in the reception or per phone. There is even finish sauna in the garden.

La struttura è bellissima. In tipico stile tirolese, il locale bar e ristorante molto carino e accogliente. Abbiamo cenato a Natale c’era una vasta scelta di piatti tutti molto abbondanti e saporiti, le cameriere indossavano abiti del posto e c’era la musica dal vivo. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, molto più moderne dell’arredamento della zona ristoro. La nostra camera nello specifico aveva il terrazzo era davvero bella affacciava sulla catena montuosa. La colazione era buonissima abbondante e il personale (famigliare) era davvero molto educato, sorridente e cortese. Consiglio la struttura e il posto a chi ama la tranquillità godersi la neve il lago e ambientazioni di montagna. Sicurante io e il mio compagno ci ritorneremo.

Our stay at Martina’s apartment was absolutely wonderful. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged — perfect for relaxing as a family. The view was lovely, and everything felt peaceful and welcoming. Martina was an exceptional host — kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. She even gifted my wife a delicious homemade strawberry jam, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It made us feel truly cared for. We had a great time with my wife and our three children. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and we made beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming getaway.

We discovered this hotel and its location completely by chance — and it turned out to be an absolute gem. The entire setting is beautifully designed, with attention paid to every detail. Although the hotel is quite spacious, the way it’s laid out gives it a cozy, almost boutique feel. The wellness area is truly exceptional. We especially appreciated the textile-free zone and were pleasantly surprised by how respectfully other guests behaved — it created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities cater equally well to those seeking an active holiday or pure relaxation. We loved that you can borrow bikes, trekking poles, and backpacks — we took advantage of the bike rental and everything was in perfect condition and super easy to arrange. All in all, this is genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at — and we travel a lot. Highly recommended!
