Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The room was spacious, and the concierge staff were exceptionally friendly — they truly elevated my stay. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from excellent restaurants, cafés, and a shopping mall. But what stood out the most was the honesty and kindness of the staff. I accidentally left my wallet in the lounge near the concierge desk while checking out. On my way to the airport, a staff member called to let me know they had found it. I rushed back and retrieved it — not a single dollar was missing. I was in such a hurry I didn’t get to thank her properly, but the humility and integrity I experienced here left a lasting impression.

The apartment was so clean and comfortable with great facilities. We were able to cook dinner and wash our clothes. The room also had a tv we could watch Netflix on. Diego was very helpful and communicated with us frequently to ensure everything was okay. The apartment was also very secure, with 3 locked doors between us and the street. Great value for money, highly recommend!
