Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The room was spacious, and the concierge staff were exceptionally friendly — they truly elevated my stay. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from excellent restaurants, cafés, and a shopping mall. But what stood out the most was the honesty and kindness of the staff. I accidentally left my wallet in the lounge near the concierge desk while checking out. On my way to the airport, a staff member called to let me know they had found it. I rushed back and retrieved it — not a single dollar was missing. I was in such a hurry I didn’t get to thank her properly, but the humility and integrity I experienced here left a lasting impression.

Lola's home asub Asuncionis, 1,5 km kaugusel General Pablo Rojase staadionist ja 1,4 km kaugusel Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericanast. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. Possibly the best place we have ever stayed. The apartment was so clean and comfortable with great facilities. We were able to cook dinner and wash our clothes. The room also had a tv we could watch Netflix on. Diego was very helpful and communicated with us frequently to ensure everything was okay. The apartment was also very secure, with 3 locked doors between us and the street. Great value for money, highly recommend!

Great little hostel with the nicest hosts you can imagine. If you want to meet real people in asuncion come here. It's clean, wifi is fast and fully functionel kitchen with everything you need, big firepit for asados. Little super around the corner. Highly recommend!!

Asuncion Rent Suites Centro is set in Asuncion and features a rooftop pool and river views. Featuring full-day security, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The cleaness and the fact that some of the tourists spots were close to the property.

I was apprehensive about staying in downtown but I felt really safe there. Also, the hostess was super kind and rushed to the property to let me in much earlier than when I said I would arrive! The price is a bargain!
