We found it a great place to spend our first night after a long flight to Dublin airport (which isn't too far away) and also for finishing off our trip in beautiful and relaxing surroundings. On previous trips to Ireland we'd stayed at other places in County Meath on our first and last nights and they had all been really good but Rathgillen Cabin has become our favourite. Peter, the host, is a very friendly and welcoming fella so we's love it if he'd come to stay with us at our home in Bulgaria some time. And the village has a handy shop, a great pub and a wonderful cafe where we had our final breakfast befor heading home. We were also delighted to discover that Nobber was the birthplace of the 17th Century blind harpist. Turlough O' Carolan whose music we've loved for a long time.

Just far enough from Dublin, but close to so many attractions in County Meath. 2 bedrooms, comfortable sofa to convert to a bed. Large bathroom and well appointed kitchen. Suggested sights and visits we also spot on. All made our stay feel like home.

The apartments are in the country, surrounded by forests and a bucolic field of cows. Absolutely lovely. It’s helpful to have a car.

We loved the beautiful rural setting but with close proximity to Kells. The owners were very friendly and their attention to detail was exceptional. The rooms and facilities were second to none. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend.

She was very friendly and easy to get on with and full of information on where to eat and things to do in the area. There were easy to follow instructions on how to use the tv, heating, showers etc. and details of local shops and bus times. Basic essentials were available, bread, butter, water bottles, shampoo, shower gel etc. The suite was warm, well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The tv had access to streaming services. The location is a little far out from town and would require a car however everything was within driving distance, local shops, historic sites, surrounding towns. The suite was very affordable. I couldn't recommend Adrienne more.

Ubicato a Oldcastle, a 22 km da Abbazia di Kells, 22 km da St. Columba's Church e 23 km da Kells Heritage Centre, Modern secure townhouse è un alloggio che prevede patio e WiFi gratuito. The accommodation was excellent and well presented by householder Kevin, who met us on arrival. It also has a secure yard for parking. Less than three minute walk into the town Square, where one will find a pet friendly cafe, known as Ciara's Candy and cafe. Kevin has a pub as well, where your pet is welcome and the staff and locals are very friendly and helpful. We had a Totally relaxed break and even our cockapoo, Mitzi relaxed for a change, as she does not travel to well. A good base for traveling from. Definitely be back.
