Karen went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in and storing of our bikes. She even checked on us later in the day to see that everything was okay. The staff was very communicative to all our requests and questions. A fun discovery was opening a sliding door closet to discover stairs up to a rooftop balcony. What a treat. The bedroom/living room and bathroom were comfortable, functional and a great place to relax at the end of the day. Also, the location was absolutely marvelous. Walking distance to everything.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It was very convenient to have a parking spot provided and the location was a short walk from the old city. The staff had good communication via email and an easy key pickup. We were very happy to use the washing machine as we had been traveling for a week. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed.
