Breakfast was good, if a little poor on choice. More than enough to get started though, and the convenience of having it delivered to the room (as well as the wide range of times available to have it delivered) vastly outweighed any shortcomings of the breakfast itself.

The location was superb, very central and with easy walking access to the whole city We were welcomed with a drink by the staff in the connected restaurant, who were very friendly, and always available to answer any questions, as well as provide wonderful food (the menu also had many vegetarian options, which was great for our friends, who loved it) Great breakfast left daily outside our door by really happy, friendly & helpful staff

The communication and the staff were top notch. We were in a room on the 1st floor and could use the elevator to get our bags up the stairs. The room was very spacious and clean. We loved having access to a small kitchen when needed. This place is on one of the best streets in Porto - you can walk to the train station but since it's hilly, I would suggest an Uber. The staff is LOVELY and really made our time easy and fun. We will definitely return to this location!

The location is amazing. Really easy to pick up the keys. Someone was there on arrival. The room was very spacious, luminous and overall amazing. Ours were overlooking the garden and was very peaceful.

A smaller hotel with only 19 rooms, but with excellent designed interior. The staff are very welcoming and helpful with whatever you need. The location is also very good being only a short walk away from the river douro. The breakfast is excellent and also, the small swimming pool (with a bar) is a life saver on very hot days.

Location: 1 min walk to the train station, 2 min walk to the shopping/restaurant strip (including Cafe Majestic, Manteigara) Street was quiet outside and felt very safe. Look for the red door. Room: Very spacious and aesthetic. Had complete set of materials. I also loved having a balcony! Staff: Host was easy to reach via WA. He was ready on our arrival and even provided us a map of the city as well as recommendations. Hotel: There are elevators!

    The accommodation was very high standard and extremely spacious. We were met on arrival and provided with a starter pack, which included fruit and a bottle of wine. This was a lovely unexpected touch. Condiments were also provided for the self catering kitchen. The area is quieter yet easy to get to the river. Parking is very safe and private.

    We booked a self catering, one bedroom/ kitchen apartment and had a most delightful time. Supermarket, market and laundromat are close by as are many cafes, restaurants, theatre and places of interest. Bus, metro and taxis are also in close proximity. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

    Rooms lovely. Location really handy but fairly lively. Really lovely welcome port and place to leave luggage after you’ve left so you can’t continue to explore the city. Private bathroom in the room. Though little it was functional. All facilities in kitchen for self catering if you like though there are loads of eateries near by. Easy access 24 hours.

    The property was fantastic. Francisco was a very welcoming host full of useful information to share. The location was easy walk to the main tourist attractions. It was in a quiet safe feeling area. The room had a good view of the tram trundling past. The mini kitchen was well equipped for some basic self catering. Lots of space to relax in after walking around all day. Thank you.
