Nice boutique hotel with just 12 rooms. It is bang on the lake promenade and the location couldn't be better . we were shown to our room quickly even though we arrived early. Neat well laid out approaches, polite staff . The room was like a suit with a nice large sitting room small balcony and attached kitchenette. The breakfast was decent and well served. We were vegetarians so the hotel too some special care to provide us with extra fruits, cheese etc. surely we will come back to this hotel again.

Everything was new and clean. The apartment has been renewed in 2023. It is in the center and everything is so close. From there you can easily go to the islands. I really liked it and recommend it. The staff is very kind.

Our apartment on Isola Bella was newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. We had views from the living room, the beds were great, the bathrooms also and the kitchen was well equipped. The Borromean islands are very well organised and run, with great facilities, staff and restaurants.

First and foremost the appartment was much more special than I thought - I was given a corner appartment with an extra mini terrace on the side and windows on the other side from where I could actually see the lake. I wasn't expecting that. The appartment was modern yet simplistically elegant. There are quite some stairs to go up and in the heavy rain it was abit tricky but it's all about the adventure. But what made it super special even though i had very heavy rain all the time where the people who worked in the hotel Elvezia which is connected to the appartment. They were really delightful all of them. Ah and even more glorious was the magnifent food - from the breakfast to dinner at night. Simply wow. Unfortunately on stresa mainland i wasn't that lucky with food. But the food at the Elvezia was just brilliant. Well done to all the staff - i will be back for sure even just to say hello :)

The apartment was clean and spacious- perfect for our family of four adults. The two bathrooms were a bonus! Waking up to the view over the lake was a dream- stunning views all day. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. The Moka pot and coffee provided were appreciated. Julia was an excellent host who picked us up from the station and dropped us back at the end of our stay. She made sure we were comfortable even getting extra blankets when the weather turned cold. A peaceful location.

    Nice sized apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a good view of lago maggiore. The apartment was clean and in good condition. The balcony was big with awning so it was possible to eat outside in the shade when it was warm. The kitchen was fully equipped and also a washingmachine available. The beach was about 700 meters from the apartment. Grocerystore only a few minutes away. The host of this apartment was very nice and helpful. Thanks for the good wine and hope to return soon.
