Breakfast is abundant and delicious, the staff is super kind (the lady actually remembered us from previous years which was lovely and made us feel special).

Perhaps the most surprising hotel of our trip. In a good way! Super helpful staff, advised, told where and what to see and to get. The room we got was also super, extremely cozy and especially comfortable beds! I just had absolutely no comments, when I had questions, everything was solved immediately. Breakfast was also good. In short, we will definitely come back again with the whole family, and for others who are looking to feel the true spirit of Italy and enjoy Lake Como in peace, this is a perfect place! p.s. Staffs were super friendly and the location is just perfect! Martti was so helpful to arrange the parking spot, wonderful guy! I also like the staffs in the restaurants, they’re so friendly!
