The breakfast was excellent,there was a parking garage where we could leave the car,the room was very clean,the hotel close tó the centre,there were many restaurant nearby.

The room is lovely. Facilities were in good working order. Staff was very helpful and kind. I requested an iron and Hanna brought it all the way to my room, thank you so much! Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is great with a lot of variety. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The location is great. Short walk to all the main sights. Will stay there again next time I will be in Graz

The location was right in the city center. It was awesome. It's an amazing building from the late 1700 with high ceilings that i absolute love. The rooms where super big.

The rooms were large and well equipped. There is parking under the hotel which was $16 euro which is pretty pricey but it is for 24 hours. We arrived early and were able to go ahead and park before our room was ready. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. After we checked into our room, made a cup of coffee and rested for a bit, we noticed the toilet seat was cracked. We were immediately moved to a different room and given 2 free drinks at the bar for our "troubles". The location is good for walking in the old town area. Breakfast was amazing. A huge variety of everything you could want. We would recommend Hotel Mercure to family & friends.

I like location , just near the museums and old city , the restaurant is very nice and serving great breakfast. Beds and pillows are very comfortable like at home, we appreciated that .
