My stay at Riad Farah was hands down the best experience I’ve had in Morocco. This beautiful riad, located right in the heart of the Medina, is incredibly easy to find. Mohammad, Omar, and the entire team are truly amazing. They go above and beyond to help you get settled in, offer great recommendations for places to visit, and arrange any trips or activities you’re interested in. They work tirelessly to ensure your stay is nothing short of perfect. Staying here feels more like being welcomed into a family than just booking a place to sleep. The riad is impeccably clean, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. Plus, the view from the rooftop is simply breathtaking! Make sure to book a cooking class with Omar during your stay he’s incredible! He’ll take you to the market to shop for the freshest ingredients, teach you about finding the best spices, and share fascinating insights into Moroccan history and traditions. Bensouda Riad’s rooftop terrace provides views of the medina. It has a traditional Moroccan tent where guests can relax and an upper terrace overlooking the Atlas Mountains. Guests also have access to the riad’s hammam, where beauty treatments and massages are available. Moroccan-owned, historical and professionally restored riad with super nice rooms (the duplex room in particular was amazing). Restaurant has a good dinner and breakfast (honestly, both much better than some of the highly rated places of Google Maps / internet). Generally the whole historically preserved luxury yet cool vibe was nice. Also, they were super helpful with arranging transport and day trips at short notice and good price. Best hotel we have tried in Morocco so far!

The units provide views of the mountain and come with a seating area, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, and a private bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries. A patio with an outdoor dining area and inner courtyard views is offered in each unit. At the riad, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Everything was perfect as expected! Good food and good people. They was super helpful, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be back!

At Riad Louna Fes & Spa, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and brunch and specialises in Moroccan cuisine. By far, the entire staff, especially Amin and Hayat, were extremely professional and helpful! This was one of the best staffs we have ever encountered! Our son, Dorian, became ill due to the heat at the beach in Rabat and the staff helped us at night and the next two days with him. They did not have to provide so much support. They supported our every request. We loved the conversations with Hayat and other staff members. It is very important to us to speak with the staff, if we can. It helps with the vibe of the place. The location of Riad Louna is superb! We stayed at Riad Louna for 6 days and used it as our "base camp." We did individual tours with our tour guide, Adil Loula, each of the 6 days. We visited the Fes Medina, military museum, Volubilis (Wow!), Meknes, toured and spent 3 hours on the beach in Rabat, Middle Atlas Mountains, Irene, and Chefchaouen ("the Santorini of Morocco") plus other panoramic locations. It was nice to return to the riad after a long day and rest in our large family room. The most upper terrace of the riad was nice in the evening - so relaxing and peaceful!
