From the moment we walked through the door, the experience was unforgettable. We booked without any reviews—took a leap of faith—and thank God we did, because what we found was far better than luck. We were welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea, and the host kindly helped us with our bags. That’s when it hit us: we had stepped into a beautifully restored, authentic Moroccan home. Every detail reflected genuine Moroccan hospitality. The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, the AC and shower worked perfectly—everything exceeded our expectations. And breakfast? We had the most wonderful stay at this Riad – truly a dream, absolutely worth 5 stars! The entire place is stunning, full of love for detail, and beautifully decorated. The rooms are spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The owners are the kindest people you could ever meet – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was just perfect: everything organic and fresh, from olives to local cheese from Tangier, all carefully prepared. We enjoyed it on a breathtaking terrace with a panoramic view over Tangier – simply unforgettable! This place is a hidden gem, and we are already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a truly authentic and special experience in Morocco.

Breakfast was a lovely, simple affair of delicious, freshly cooked pancakes, home made jams, honey, tasty toasted bread, fresh orange juice, coffee and yoghurts. The house is a treasure trove of art, books, crafted items, the attention to detail is evident throughout and the toiletries and linens of really good quality. We had a late return flight and we were able to order a typical Moroccan feast, freshly cooked and left in the kitchen for us to serve at leisure on our beautifully set dining table and all for a super affordable price. The ladies who cooked and cleaned were friendly and unobtrusive. So many original and restored traditional style features in the house you are always finding something different. to admire or be amused by. Each tastefully decorated bedroom has a private bathroom and the terrace is a great place to chill with great views to the ocean and across the medina. We felt very comfortable in Tanger, so many smiles from people was heart-warming. Rashid is your man for taxi trips. We stayed 2 nights and should have stayed another 2, but we will be back and hopefully we will renew our acquaintance with the exceptional Riad dar Tus.

The owner and the manager of the hostel are really kind. You will find a beautiful hostel, in the center of medina, with a beautifull terrace. Everything is clean!!

When we are looking for accommodation it was recommended to stay in Riad, Riad Tingis didn't disappoint us, we've experience a very moroccan vibe ambience. The fantastic overlooking view of the city while having breakfast. Gracias to the staff for an excellent service.

The breakfast was so good, the room was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and so comfy. There was biscuits, tea and a big bottle of water waiting for me when I checked in and it was in a great part of the Medina. Everyone looked after me very well, especially Khawla

Totally recommendable! Not just met but exceeded my expectations! Central location, comfortable room, great breakfast and really clean amenities, but what amazed me most was the utter hospitality of the family managing the hotel. I really felt home, would stay there again and again 🤗 ¡Graciaasas!

Beautiful Riad in perfect location in the Medina. Close to the port as well. We were offered taxi service from the train station. We were then brought to our Riad swiftly by Mohammad who was super efficient and friendly. He helped us along the stay with a big smile and also when we left. The Riad was immacualately clean and had all the necessary facilities. We had 2 rooms on first floor which served us perfectly...we had the floor to ourselves. The rooms had ensuite bathrooms. The next floor up was terrace which led to the rooftop where we had breakfast every day. Breakfast was prepared and served beautifully. There was a quite a lot of food and drink. We were not rushed at all to finish. All the staff helped us and gave suggestions as well. The lovely manager girl was super helpful. Our laundry was done although they did not have the facility and that too free. They arranged taxi service for to visit sites. All in all we couldn't have asked for more. The stay made our trop memorable. Thank you staff at Riad Kasbah.
