There was no towel holder to place your towels on after use. The toilet paper holder didn't lock, toilet paper kept falling on the floor! TV remote didn't work, we were stuck watching one channel!

The property has changed since the last time we stayed here. It was under a different name and locationthings were better back then. Now it's gone under a new name and probably management. They can start by switching up the breakfast menu. It was the same thing every morning and I didn't see one new item. It was always eggs and sausage. No bacon, pancakes, or biscuits which is something alot of people would like to eat. We asked for a late checkout which the clerk agreed to after he suggested it and before we could get our things together we felt rushed due to our request was not documented and housekeeping had to go and tell that we were still in the room and they had no idea of us leavning a hour after checkout. Overall the stay was pleasant other than the small issue we had with the toilet and the broken window which I was told they knew about.

Location of this property is good and close by a several restaurants and gas stations.

I understand that sometimes hotels may have issues with guests, and I would suggest they standardize their security deposit policy (there is a sign at the front desk which says security deposit is cash only, no exceptions). This is the one minor issue I did not like.

It is a good option for Savannah. The location is good and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC unit was also working efficiently and it was not too loud.

Video on tv's was spastic, remodel job was not what I would call professional. Pool ceiling is in need of paint and Definatly needs sound baffles. So loud in there, I had to leave when a family came in with young children that had no volume control

I'd prefer to have shampoo/soap that can't be opened by previous guests. A locked bottle or sample size bottles.

They allowed me to check large luggage at check out to get sightseeing in without leaving important items in our car. We were able to return to the hotel to pick up before leaving the city. So kind

The room was clean. However the bathrooms could use a little bit of work. The sink and shower plug did not work and there was a huge patch over on the bathroom wall. The gym facility consist of three pieces of equipment. In the swimming pool is fairly small, it’s indoors which is not a problem, but it only goes to 5 feet deep.

The hotel in general was pretty good. I like how they offered pre-checkin so when we got there all we had to do was pick up the keys. The room in general was fairly nice. The hotel smelled clean. Parking was great however you will be driving at least 20 to 30 minutes to downtown Savannah depending on the traffic. If you like staying outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown, then this hotel is great.

The bathroom needs to be updated and cleaned more thoroughly. TV had several channels unfortunately not the ones I watch on a regular.

The room was very spacious. It had a separate sitting area with TV that my husband took advantage of! The bed was big and comfortable. Location was excellent. There were at least five or six restaurants just in that area and we ate at four of them. Breakfast was available, but didn't take advantage of it.
