We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe entrance was small and difficult to navigate with large vehicles and a lot of people coming and going. A little wider and more visibility would make that access easier and safer.
We really appreciated the tips on dinner the desk staff provided. The restaurant they recommended was exactly what we were looking for. They were also going over the top helping guests check in and answer questions. The breakfast staff was on top of the crowds and we were able to get what we wanted quickly and without a lot of drama even as there were a lot of people working their way through the breakfast area. It was an excellent breakfast. Location relative to the highway was perfect and it was also a very short drive to the lake.

Also did not like that they charged my card twice, which they said it would drop off after, but I feel was not necessary and I won't be staying with them again for that reason. Also the hot tub was not working which is one of the reason I went there.
The room was large, beds very comfortable, free parking.

When I asked for a solution, their suggestion was to get a cooler, fill it with ice, and hope for the best. Unfortunately, despite doing exactly that, nine bags of breastmilk still defrosted. This was really disappointing, as proper storage is essential for breastfeeding mothers. If you're traveling and need to store breastmilk, this may not be the best option. I hope the hotel considers offering a better solution in the future. Would you like me to adjust the tone or add anything else?
