Clean nice new hotel

Clean and easy travel stop; easy to book and park

Could hear the guests above us walking around. Noisy. No sound barrier?

Liked the breakfast options, very clean, lots of places to sit. Staff super friendly and welcoming. room was nice sized. location right of the Ohio turnpike.

not a fan of cold stone floors . no rugs or carpets. understand they are easier to clean but they are not comfortable to walk on. floor was noisy. woken up at 2 am by yelling in the hallway and stomping on the floor above us.

The breakfast was somewhat unique, and good. The space was great.

The milk (in the little bottle) was frozen.

Water pressure is low. Taking a shower is.... the water pressure is low.

Need to put a coffee pot and microwave in the rooms.when I booked the room was not told about a deposit that had to be made.

Staff was super helpful and friendly.

No tooth paste or other bare amenities

location was perfect with plenty of seating for breakfast! the hotel itself is sparkling clean, the staff, (vijay was absolutely the nicest guy) is friendly, helpful, kind. our bed was comfy and the room was immaculate. of course it's a new property but the way they take care of it, it should stay new-looking for years to come. it's a quick walk to the fairgrounds too. tons of safe parking. it was a pleasure to stay there. the coffee, including decaf, was always fresh too which is unusual for a hotel and appreciated by me!

Good breakfast - great location

The air conditioner was too noisy. It made it very difficult to sleep. It also didn't maintain a consistent temperature.

Breakfast was excellent and well prepared and stocked. Room was spotless and beds/pillows were comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and offered ideas about restaurants and local activities.

I truly had no complaints. Elevator wouldn't work when I left. Pushed button, it beeped, no door close or movement so I walked down the stairs. No big deal.

The breakfast was okay. The beds and clean attractive rooms were great. Since no swimming pool there's a bit of a price break it seems. Arrived around 8, so no time to swim anyway.

Can't find a thing to complain about.

Very clean, friendly staff.

Very expensive for only needing the room for a few hours each night of sleep. $500 dollars for two nights is pretty steep.The weekend was very busy an parking is very limited. Hard to find parking when the motel is full up.
