There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, and I had to go to the lobby to get a coffee. We couldn't turn on the bigger lights with the phone, just tv, not a big deal, just turned on lights that had switches. Parking was not great, the lot parking was not convenient for leaving and coming back, and there wasn't any street parking. We finally just parked in the open lot north of the hotel, no problem there.

I liked the price of the stay, the simplicity of the room. It was an easy check-in on my phone. There were snacks and drinks in the lobby. The staff was helpful. They have a fire pit in the front if you can find someone who knows how to turn it on. Okay place for a one nighter, we were just catching the train the next morning.

The bathroom was not very clean, and it took forever to get our car from valet. We waited for over half an hour.

The hotel and room were very nice and the price was spot on.

Had to pay for parking and didn't know until we got there. Being in town it had some noise, the continental breakfast was just OK. It looked like there was only one staff member trying to keep up with breakfast. Eggs were gone, minimal other things to choose from.

The breakfast.. the eggs where like little soggy sponges - quite honestly the hot food looked like it was all cooked in the microwave and wasn't very appealing.

The check in process took 45 minutes. There were two people working and I believe they were people that tried to check in earlier rooms were not ready and so it backed everything up the person who did end up assisting me. She was very professional but unfortunately, they were understaffed and overwhelmed. The worst part was valet. It took forever and the sign says $39 overnight. I was charged $49 overnight and I was getting texts at 2:45 in the morning that appeared like I had to be done with my valet worst experience and valet I have ever had in my life, and for that reason, I would never come back to this hotel.

Parking was an issue. When booking, I was assuming there was parking. The parking garage was around the corner and expensive. There was a valet, but that was even more expensive

I drive a flatbed truck. I had to park 2 city blocks away and walk. They offered parking for passenger cars only. SUV and truck was not accessible.

As mentioned, the breakfast needs some love. They could do a lot more than what is currently offered.

Lovely staff and great room. Slept really well and the shower was great. The breakfast needs some attention however, I didn't go hungry but it needs some love on that front. I had a great stay but that was my only criticism.

Because it is a more budget hotel the rooms are not carpeted and the floors had a weird stickiness to it which I did not love. Would recommend people to bring slippers if they stay.

It was located close to the Historic Third Ward which is the main tourist area which made it very convenient. Room was spacious and staff were friendly and efficient.

parking was not included and was an additional $25 per day if you wanted to be able to go in and out of the parking ramp.

Breakfast was great and simple. Location was amazing - very easy to walk to all kinds of things/places
