Came into Miami for the weekend to see Lady Gaga. The location is within walking quick distance to the train, the Kaseya Center and it made our lives so much easier! Very clean, great pool and gym. The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed.

However, there were a few disappointing aspects. The windows were very dirty, which was frustrating since I chose the property specifically for the view, but I couldn’t fully enjoy it. The bathroom sink was broken, and the water didn’t drain properly. The cleaning wasn’t perfect either – there were visible limescale stains, especially in the bathroom. Also, before booking, I asked if there was a jacuzzi on the rooftop. At first, I was told yes, but once I arrived and asked again, I was told no – which felt misleading. Still, with a few improvements, this place could be truly exceptional.

The location was excellent – very close to the main attractions. The interior of the apartment was beautifully done, and the swimming pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated all the facilities available in the apartment – everything we needed was provided.

The noise! Building work going on everywhere. If you are planning to be up early everyday then this won’t be a problem but be prepared that works start across the road from as early as 6am and don’t stop until late afternoon. More cooking utensils needed in the kitchen.

Next to a block of apartments being built. Had to keep blinds lowered as could see the workmen . Parking is extra $ per day. Apartment we were in was on the 8th floor so no view. The property is very clean and well maintained.

Location is excellent to explore more of downtown, Wynwood, Little Havana and Brickell at very short and cheap uber trip which is more convenient than renting a car for that area, this is my 4th time in Miami. Building is rather cool with swimming pool on top and gym, both extremely good. Arranging check in was very easy and the person who gave us the key was very friendly.

The staff was extremely kind and soothing. Check-in was simple and fast. All staff members were nice and attentive. Suzette deserves special recognition for making every morning the best possible start. The room was a fair size and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and we had a lot of space. The small refrigerator and microwave are a welcome bonus. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby, which is open 24 hours. There is plenty of parking in front of the motel. Perfect location if you plan on taking multiple road trips to visit the East Coast—easy access to the West Coast. We enjoyed our stay and the friendly staff.

The traffic was horrible — very difficult to access the property. No soap or facial tissues provided. Coffeemaker not cleaned. Towels still wet.

Can't think of anything as we had everything we needed for our overnight stay.

Location was perfect. There were plenty of places to eat that weren't too far either walking or driving. It was a very short drive to Port of Miami. The building was very clean and the people were friendly. The host was very responsive and easy to reach. Just wish we had more time to stay and take it all in but we were sailing out for our 7 nights cruise. We will surely consider this spot when we do our next visit or cruise.

The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from the previous guest and this was never resolved. After repeated requests we were given a sponge and liquid to wash our dishes. The construction work was every day, all day and this only bothered us when we tried to enjoy the rooftop pool. We didn’t meet any staff and were told not to speak to the front desk as these bookings are frowned upon.

The apartment was beautiful, it was also very useful to have a washer/dryer. The location was perfect for us and it was good to be able to use the pool/gym.

Checking In Procedure is abit manual. The tables are abit shaky, so have to be more careful when handling any items on it.

The property is big, but varies from the kind of layout you will receive as compared to the pictures.

I didn't like how the street felt a little unsafe at first, I felt like it wasn't safe to walk around there, I would have wished to be provided with more towels, more pillows for comfort, the rooms a/c seemed to be a little off, it would be hot at night,

I enjoyed all the amenities that it included, having a laundry was such bonus, I appreciated the host accommodating us with an early check-in, beautiful view of the city at night,

The room was quite warm for us (74F) and setting the air conditioning didn't seem to do anything. The fans worked well though but it was a little warm for us. There was no laundry detergent provided, thankfully we brought some from home.

We were in Miami for a cruise, and this property was the perfect pre-cruise stopover. Really close to all the major attractions, close to the cruise port, and really comfortable. It was nice being able to put a load of washing on and have it all dry before we set sail the next day too. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool! The room had everything we needed for a short stay!
