That our AC went out twice in our room. First at 5:30pm and an engineer came out and fixed it. And when we came back to our room about 10:30 pm there was no AC. The room got to 83 degrees. It was so uncomfortable. We went to to the lobby about 11:45pm to see what they can do for us. The female that was there told us that she couldn’t do anything. That she couldn’t accommodate us. She was not helpful and was rude. She left us there and didn’t even help us.

The room were spacious. Love it had 3 different pools. Had a bowling and arcade. Music. Different restaurants inside. It was a nice walk around the resort. Anaia when she checked us in was so helpful and gave us a lot of good information.

The location of our room was away from all the activities and we had a wall on our patio that blocked our view to duck pond behind the wall. My granddaughter could not enjoy the ducks.

I was happy with our room the interior of the room however, see comment below. Bathroom area and closet was nice. A microwave would have been nice.

The down side was how far it was to walk to everything. The pool on Friday evening was a disaster ... no clean/dry towels and garbage left everywhere. The table tops were not cleaned in the morning ... they were sandy and sticky. The arcade games were not very exciting for the kids.

The king room was a nice size. The bed was super comfy and the patio (with golf course view) was a really nice addition.

Our room is way too far from the lobby.

It was our first time to go and it was a great one . The only thing was the cart service was too long of a wait. It took 20 mins. The driver explained that he helped the other guest settle inside the room with a wheelchair. So, because of great customer service of the driver it made our stay great. We understand.

We had two separate rooms. Both were outdated and needed a deep cleaning with some touch up paint. The room service and restaurant were not what you’d expect for a Westin.

Place could use a little bit of updating. Our bowling cards didn’t work but staff was amazing and helpful at fixing it.

Amazing value! We loved the family pool with 2 big slides, our room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice and quiet at night! We loved all the perks that came with the stay - 2 games of bowling, $10 resort credit a day, bike rental. Really great value!

horrible food at lounge, smelly rooms and noisy buildings starting at 6am everyday. Families bring kids and if you are in a room with kids upstairs you will hear jumping and stomping very early in the morning. Definitely not a romantic quiet hotel for couples.

The water didn’t properly drain from the shower and so leftover water from each bath/shower remained in a small puddle in the middle of the tub. Grossed me out. The bathrooms could do with some remodeling as well, dated.

The beds were extremely comfortable, restaurant was fantastic and staff was very nice.

Location was not ideal, was kind of far from everything. I feel like the main reason you go here is for an event (Indian Wells, Coachella, etc., we went for Coachella) And it's quite far from all of those venues, decently far from good food or markets or things in general. So the place itself is great, if only it was closer to the good stuff.

Room was huge, nice and comfortable and clean, service was hospitable and nice. Area was quiet and we had no real complaints during our stay.

We are both in our seventies and the girl at the reception desk assigned us an upstairs room accessible by a steep outside staircase with rain expected. We asked for it to be changed and it was. Our downstairs room only had one chair on the patio although there are two of us.

We had a very enjoyable evening in the Fireside Lounge. Excellent bartenders and good keyboardist proving entertainment.

I would have liked a bit more available on the menus for the out door area. Honestly, it was all wonderful, but it is also pricey so not something could do if my job wasn't paying for some of it.

I liked the live music outside at night. It was great!

I was not pleased with the Manger at the pool site she was rude . And seemed like she had a few drinks . Not sure if she was the Manger but she had in a pink shirt.
